What is it?


Pole fitness is an art which combines strength, flexibility, grace and confidence. Pole fitness can be practiced just for fun or competitively.


Who are we?


We are a performance society at the University of York. We have classes every week and termly showcases as well as competing around the UK. We take part in Roses every year and we have won for the last three years!
